Mobility description:

The main purpose of the mobility is to train the team of the Center of Evidence-Based Education and Arts Therapies: A JBI Affiliated Group and the academic employees and students who participate in the development of guidelines and GRADE methodology. The long-term expertise of the mobility applicant in the area of guideline development will be used to improve the quality of secondary research in education (with the primary aim of supporting the team of researchers at the Faculty of Education at Palacký University Olomouc). Evidence-based guidelines have so far not been implemented in the area of education, not even internationally. Currently, the first two guidelines according to GRADE methodology are being implemented at the Faculty of Education at Palacký University. The topics of these guidelines are “Supporting students with autistic spectrum disorders in the university environment” and “Specifics of music therapy practice in schools”. The leadership of an expert in methodology with a focus on GRADE and clinical guidelines is required to successfully process these guidelines and use the experience from these projects with respect to GRADE methodology in the area of education. The mobility will take place through regular supervisions and expert consultations, including workshops and lectures for a wider audience. The mobility applicant will provide expert consultations and monitoring of the guidelines specified above to help implement these outcomes and prepare proposals for the standardization of this methodology in the area of education. The applicant will also be actively involved in all of the publication outcomes related to the mobility. The outcomes of this mobility will also be available internationally to a wide range of researchers and via the mobility applicant communicated towards GRADE Working Group. Al least two publications in Jimp journals are expected.

Goals of the mobility: 1. Lead and supervise the current guideline projects at Palacký University Olomouc. 2. Help develop a proposal for a methodology for guideline standardization relating to the implementation of the guidelines in the area of education. 3. Help communicate the outcomes of the mobility towards international organizations in secondary research, particularly GRADE Working Group, with the aim of establishing a working group for education in the future.

The researcher is obliged to actively participate in a conference / seminar / workshop, etc. organized by the hosting institution at least once in every six months of the mobility.
